MONTGOMERY, Alabama, May 11 -- Alabama Attorney General Steve T. Marshall issued the following news release:
Attorney General Steve Marshall announced the conviction of a Birmingham man on multiple charges of possession of child pornography. Val Page Jr., 67, of Birmingham, pleaded guilty May 7 to 12 counts of possession of obscene matter depicting a person under the age of 17.
Page was sentenced to 10 years, which was split for him to serve one year in prison followed . . .
