DES MOINES, Iowa, April 13 -- The Iowa Supreme Court issued the following news release:
The Iowa Supreme Court has selected District Judge Jeffrey D. Bert, Bettendorf, and District Judge David Nelmark, Des Moines, as Iowa Business Specialty Court judges.
