WASHINGTON, April 10 -- The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation issued the following financial institution letter (No. FIL-26-2021):
The FDIC is seeking input from a broad range of stakeholders regarding potential modernization of the official sign and advertising rules (12 C.F.R.
