MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota, Sept. 29 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Sept. 28:

Today, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Andrew Wheeler and EPA Region 5 Administrator Kurt Thiede announced the selection of awards for $320,000 in environmental justice grants to the City of Minneapolis and Youthprise.
