WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Sept. 28:

Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the selection of 11 air toxics monitoring projects to receive $5 million in funding under the agency's Community-Scale Air Toxics Ambient Monitoring grants program.
