WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations issued the following news release on Sept. 25:
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today welcomed U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh's decision that the U.S. Census must continue to be counted through October 31 - defeating Trump administration attempts to wind down the census one month early.
