WASHINGTON, July 3 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued the following news release:
The Federal Communications Commission reached settlements with two Boston-area pirate radio operators, Acerome Jean Charles and Gerlens Cesar, following FCC Enforcement Bureau investigations.
