DALLAS, Texas, Feb. 19 -- The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas issued the following news release:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has promoted Richard J. Mase Jr. to senior vice president responsible for Eleventh Federal Reserve District cash operations.
He will also serve as the Dallas Fed's representative on the Federal Reserve System's Cash Advisory Group.
