RICHMOND, Virginia, Dec. 7 -- Gov. Ralph S. Northam, R-Virginia, issued the following proclamation:
WHEREAS, December 7, 2019, marks the 78th anniversary of the attack on the Pearl Harbor American Army and Naval Base in Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, on this day, we remember the 2,403 Americans, including 44 Virginians, who lost their lives, and the 1,178 others who were wounded; and
WHEREAS, the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association, which disbanded in 2011 after 53 ye . . .
