AUGUSTA, Maine, Nov. 15 -- The Maine Democratic Party issued the following news release:
This week, Senator Collins launched a new ad on drug prices, but she failed to mention that she voted repeatedly against closing the Medicare prescription drug donut hole. Once the Affordable Care Act closed the donut hole, saving Maine seniors more than $87 million, she voted at least a dozen times to repeal or undermine the law. Collins also voted out of step with Senators King and Snowe again . . .
