N.J. Assembly Clears Assembly Democrats Chiaravalloti, Zwicker, Calabrese, Murphy Bill Package to Uphold Net Neutrality in Garden State, Ensure Consumers Have Equal Access to Internet

TRENTON, New Jersey, June 24 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following news:

A three-bill legislative package sponsored by Assembly Democrats Nicholas Chiaravalloti, Andrew Zwicker, Clinton Calabrese and Carol Murphy cleared the Assembly on Thursday. Together the measures require Internet service providers doing business in the state to meet certain net neutrality requirements ensuring New Jersey consumers continue to have equal access to the Internet.
