DENVER, Colorado, Feb. 15 -- Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser issued the following news release:
The federal government's decision to rollback vehicle emissions and fuel-economy standards will cause more harmful emissions, increase the severity of climate change, and pollute our state, says Attorney General Phil Weiser in a friend of the court brief he has filed in federal court in California v.
