ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Dec. 15 -- Gov. Mark Dayton, D-Minnesota, issued the following statement:

- At least 50,000 fans were in line, on the phone, or online when the last ticket was sold for Garth Brooks' Minneapolis concert
- Brooks' May 4th concert sold out in under 1 hour
- Encore performance would give the 50,000 fans waiting in line the opportunity to see Garth Brooks in concert in Minneapolis
Today, tickets went on sale . . .
