IRVING, Texas, Dec. 14 -- College Football Hall of Fame issued the following news release:

- A legend at Pitt, Fralic was a three-time First Team All-American from 1982-84

Bill Fralic, a 1998 College Football Hall of Fame inductee from the University of Pittsburgh, passed away Dec. 13 following a battle with cancer. He was 56.
