MONTGOMERY, Alabama, Dec. 14 -- Alabama Department of Environmental Management issued the following public notice involving YS, Inc., Collinsville, Alabama:
YS, Inc. has applied for a Synthetic Minor Operating Permit that would authorize the construction and operation of a Toll Manufacturing Facility located at 4531 County Road 458, Collinsville, Alabama 35961. Emissions would be minimized by a cyclone and a wet scrubber.
ADEM has determined that the equipment/operation . . .
