ALBANY, New York, Oct. 15 -- The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation issued the following news release:
New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Basil Seggos today announced the deployment of new materials to enhance marine habitat at the Fire Island Reef, Moriches Reef, and Hempstead Reef as part of the State's ongoing efforts to develop a stronger, more diverse marine ecosystem and provide shelter for fish and other marine life . . .
