ARLINGTON, Virginia, Aug. 16 -- Americans for Prosperity issued the following statement by Sarah Field, vice president of judicial strategy, in response to the comment of Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-New York, to sue the National Archives for Judge Brett Kavanaugh's records:
