WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner Brendan Carr on D.C. Circuit's wireless infrastructure decision:
This afternoon, the D.C. Circuit denied a motion to stay the Commission's March 2018 infrastructure order, led by Commissioner Carr, that modernized the agency's wireless siting rules.
