In case you missed it, the Richmond Times-Dispatch just broke the latest news in the scandal surrounding the coordinated effort by Rep. Scott Taylor's campaign and local Republicans to get an independent spoiler candidate on the ballot in the race for Virginia's Second Congressional District.
