DENVER, Colorado, April 20 -- The Colorado Secretary of State issued the following news release:
Secretary of State Wayne Williams announced today that Democrat Alan Kennedy-Shaffer successfully petitioned onto the ballot in the Senate District 34 race.
Here are the numbers for Kennedy-Shaffer, who is running for the seat now held by Sen. Lucia Guzman, D-Denver, who is term limited:

Rejected: 402
