WASHINGTON, March 17 -- Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Illinois, issued the following statement, which was published in the Congressional Record on March 15, paying tribute to Normal City Manager Mark Peterson:
Mr. President, I want to join with Members of Congress and congressional staff in celebrating Mark Peterson's 30 years of service and retirement from the town of Normal. Mark has honorably served the people of Normal, IL, since 1988 and as its city manager since 1998.
