ALBANY, New York, Jan. 12 -- New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman issued the following news release:
New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman today announced a $1.25 million settlement with the Whitney M. Young Health Center for improper billing by its Methadone Maintenance Treatment Program, which failed to properly document patient treatment plans necessary for the patients' care.
