MONTGOMERY, Alabama, Jan. 12 -- The Alabama Securities Commission issued the following news:

Joseph Borg, Director of the Alabama Securities Commission (ASC) announced today that Amanda W. Senn, General Counsel has been appointed Acting Deputy Director for Enforcement and that Gregory A. Bordenkircher has joined the ASC as Chief Litigation Counsel.
