CONCORD, New Hampshire, Dec. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Marshals Service issued the following news release:
Late last night, this week's "Fugitive of the Week," Michael Francis, 28, was arrested by members of the Maine State Police. This investigation was conducted by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force, which had been working on this case intensively since Monday. Information developed late last evening by the task force required immediate action . . .
