HENNIKER, New Hampshire, Dec. 9 -- New England College issued the following news release:

New England College has received a $76,400 grant from the Davis Educational Foundation to support a Campus-Wide Collaboration for Student Success. The Davis Educational Foundation was established by Stanton and Elisabeth Davis after Mr. Davis's retirement as chairman of Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc.
