Today, Congressmen Tim Walberg (R-MI) and Scott Peters (D-CA) introduced the Proper Leadership to Align Networks (PLAN) for Broadband Act. This bipartisan legislation would require the Administration to develop and implement a national strategy to close the digital divide.
