Anaheim, CA - On Friday, U.S. Representative Young Kim (CA-40) joined the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the groundbreaking of the State Route 91 (SR-91) Improvement Project.

Rep. Kim requested, secured, and voted in favor of FY24 funding for this project.
