WASHINGTON - U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers (AL-03), today announced the introduction of legislation that gives states the choice to remain on Daylight Saving Time year-round. Rep. Rogers has long supported measures to allow Alabama to remain on Daylight Saving Time.
