Sheldon Whitehouse, D-Rhode Island, ranking member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, released the following remarks from a Feb. 12, 2025, hearing entitled "Advancing Carbon Capture, Utilization and Sequestration Technologies and Ensuring Effective Implementation of the USE IT Act."
