Congresswoman Luz Rivas (CA-29), the only Latina in Congress with a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) background, announced that she was named Co-Chair of the bipartisan Congressional STEM Education Caucus alongside Congressman Neal Dunn, M.D. (R-FL).
