Yesterday, House Assistant Minority Leader Joe Neguse (CO-02) took to the House Floor to deliver a speech on public reports that the Trump Administration is preparing an Executive Order to dismantle the Department of Education.

NEGUSE: Mr. Speaker, recent reports suggest that President Trump may attempt to dismantle the Department of Education unilaterally.
