WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 -- Rep. Kristen McDonald Rivet, D-Michigan, issued the following statement on Feb. 6, 2025:

Today, Congresswoman Kristen McDonald Rivet (MI-08) released the following statement after the U.S. House of Representatives passed the HALT Fentanyl Act, legislation to permanently classify fentanyl-related substances as a Schedule I drug.
