WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 -- Rep. Josh Gottheimer, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:

NEW JERSEY -- U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) announced the Fifth District Congressional App Challenge winner, Rachel Kim, from Fort Lee, New Jersey. Rachel's app, Particulate Prognostics, predicts daily air pollution levels and aims to protect people with asthma and other respiratory conditions.
