WASHINGTON, Jan. 13 -- The U.S. Department of Education issued the following news release:
On Jan. 13, 2025, the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) resolved a complaint alleging that the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) failed to respond promptly or effectively to alleged antisemitic harassment of a Jewish student in 2018. This complaint predates a systemwide agreement with the University of California announced on Dec. 20, 2024.
