Salinas Statement on Vote to Avert Government Shutdown

WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Rep. Andrea Salinas, D-Oregon, issued the following news release:

"Today, I voted to keep the government open so that our servicemembers will continue to get paid, farmers will get the assistance they deserve, and families will be able to put food on the table this Christmas.
