RALEIGH, North Carolina, Dec. 19 -- The North Carolina Republican Party issued the following news release:
Jefferson Griffin, Republican candidate for North Carolina Supreme Court, has filed a petition for a writ of prohibition with the N.C. Supreme Court to safeguard election integrity.
As part of the filing states, the State Board of Elections "has knowingly broken the law and refused to do anything about it. Indeed, the Board has been breaking our election laws . . .
