WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, issued the following news release:

Senators Mike Lee (R-UT) and Peter Welch (D-VT) released a letter calling on the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to investigate FanDuel and DraftKings for allegedly violating Section 1 of the Sherman Act's prohibition on coordination to construct or impair competition.
