WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Maria Salazar, R-Florida, issued the following news release:

Last week, President Joe Biden signed H.R. 537(link is external)/S. 91(link is external), Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar's (R-FL) Forgotten Heroes of the Holocaust Congressional Gold Medal Act, into law(link is external). This comes shortly after the legislation passed overwhelmingly(link is external)in the House of Representatives and Senate.
