WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Dec. 13, 2024:

Today, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a $162,246 settlement with The Pond Guy Inc. at 15425 Chets Way in Armada, Michigan, for allegedly selling and distributing unregistered pesticide products in violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.

EPA alleges that the company sold pesticide products as part of a kit not regis . . .
