WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations issued the following news release on Dec. 12, 2024:
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today welcomed the sentencing of an Indiana woman who was charged last year for a bias-motivated stabbing targeting an Asian student at Indiana University.
Billie Davis, 57, was sentenced to six years in prison and three years of probation . . .
