WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 -- Rep. Steven Horsford, D-Nevada, issued the following news release:

Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) cosponsored the Fair Housing for Disabled Veterans Act to support Nevada's disabled veterans. This legislation would ensure that veterans' disability and pension payments don't count as income when determining eligibility for affordable housing programs, removing a significant barrier to safe and affordable housing.
