WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- Rep. Neal Dunn, R-Florida, issued the following news release on Dec. 4, 2024:

Today, Congressman Neal Dunn (Florida-02) introduced the 10th Amendment Restoration Act, which would establish a Constitutional Government Review Commission that is charged with improving government transparency and efficiency. This legislation would provide formal congressional authorization to President Trump to eliminate unlawful powers exercised by federal agencies.
