LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Dec. 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas issued the following news release on Dec. 4, 2024:

Edmond Quatrell Blue, a multi-convicted felon caught with more than a kilogram of fentanyl, will spend the next 18 years in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
