WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 -- Rep. Jake Auchincloss, D-Massachusetts, issued the following news release on Nov. 25, 2024:

Newton, MA - Today, Congressman Jake Auchincloss, the Healey-Driscoll Administration, MBTA, Newton Mayor Ruthanne Fuller, and state and local leaders celebrated a commitment to rebuild Newtonville Station. The station is to become the first fully ADA-accessible commuter rail station in Newton.
