WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release on Nov. 14, 2024:
In response to more than a decade of advocacy by the Center for Biological Diversity, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service today agreed (https://biologicaldiversity.org/programs/biodiversity/pdfs/Stipulated-Settlement-Agreement-and-Proposed-Order-Arkansas-mulalia-11-14-2024.pdf) to again consider granting Endangered Species Act protections to the Arkansas mudalia.
