WASHINGTON, Oct. 24 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Oct. 23, 2024:
NEW YORK - Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a settlement with Oxy Vinyls, LP, to resolve alleged violations of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) at the company's facility in Pedricktown, N.J.
