ALBANY, New York, Oct. 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York issued the following news release on Oct. 23, 2024:
Kenneth Moore, age 41, of New Jersey, was convicted today of two counts of alien smuggling for private financial gain, following a 3-day jury trial.
United States Attorney Carla B. Freedman and Chief Patrol Agent Robert N. Garcia, United States Border Patrol, Swanton Sector, made the announcement.
