ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, Oct. 23 -- Bernalillo County issued the following news release on Oct. 22, 2024:
The Bernalillo County Arts Board unanimously voted in October to approve artist Nani Chacon as the finalist or the North Valley Aquatics Center Public Art Project. This evening, the Board of County Commissioners voted to move forward with the art project.
The project consists of a mural highlighting aquatic life naturally present in the Rio Grande that will be paint . . .
