ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Oct. 16 -- The U.S. Naval Academy issued the following news release:

The United States Naval Academy (USNA) and the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy, Installations, and Environment (ASN EI&E) are joining forces in a cooperative endeavor to formalize an enduring relationship related to energy security and infrastructure resilience issues through the USNA Center for Energy Security and Infrastructure Resilience (CESIR).
