WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 -- Rep. Joe Courtney, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
NORWICH, CT Today, Congressman Joe Courtney (CT-02) issued the following statement after sending a letter with 62 of his colleagues to Speaker Johnson calling on him to reconvene the U.S. House to pass additional disaster relief funding. On September 25, Courtney also voted to pass the Continuing Resolution which included $20 billion for FEMA's disaster relief fund.
